Mission & Spirit
CORPOCHECK™ is a body of knowledge in the fields of Corporate Turnaround, Renewal and Anti-Decline. It calls the business community to maintain responsiveness to the ever-changing conditions of the environments in which they operate, for staying effective, efficient, productive and avoiding organizational decline.
Staying responsive is not obvious. Many organizations overlook destructive trends, or do not respond to such trends effectively. As a result, organizations deteriorate until traumatic steps are needed for recovery.
CORPOCHECK’s mission is to provide the business community with extensive knowledge for prevention of organizational decline, and the encouragement of organizational renewal. For that purpose, it develops methodologies and tools which are aimed at raising awareness to adverse trends, and encourages action taking. To complement these methodologies and tools, it also develops educational programs in the fields of Corporate Renewal and Anti-Decline, to be used by higher-education institutions, as a part of their traditional Business Administration programs.
CORPOCHECK encourages its high-quality audience to take an active part in spreading such knowledge. That proposition refers to both managers and senior consultants, who are capable of coaching their colleagues, or clients, or professional community – to stay responsive, renew, innovate and improve the fields they are in charge of. That is achieved through the CORPOCHECK Coach program, to which both managers and senior consultants can enroll.
Although some of the materials CORPOCHCK develops is limited to CORPOCHECK Coaches, many materials are available to all our users, who can join free. Take advantage of it!
